[Pre-performance Event – Paper Sumo]
The Paper Sumo play event we had this time is one we haven’t done recently. It’s an event where you try to win against the other participants who have come all this way and one of the the charm points is the fact that all ages can enjoy it. After all the effort that was put into making the sumo piece, maybe we should have praised it more.

[First Koudan performance – Toosode no Otokichi]
The way Otokichi’s naughty behaviour was portrayed and the way the boss’s lines were said was the best! It was such a moving performance. The imagination of the audience was completely stirred up. The act of removing his glasses probably meant that Matsunojo was switching into Kodan battle mode.

[Iromono – Edokyokugoma]
It’s funny no matter how many times we see it! We received many enthusiastic comments on our after performance questionnaire. “Even a five year old child was able have a great time”. We were able to see a great performance because of the hard work Lemon puts in every day.

[Second Rakugo performance – Mamemiso]
Mankitsu showed us a skillful performance. His regular performance includes catching and eating a bullet train, but because of the children’s comments he ate the chopsticks as well as the noodles. It seemed so realistic and surreal that the adults also laughed.
